I'm out of my confort zone. I don't use to paint napoleonics but this bust made me fall in love at first sight. I bought it in a constest and every euro i paid for it is well spent. Really fine casting. My first, and not my last Nuts Planet stuff. Three lines of mold eliminated, a bit of putty between an arm and the body, and added two earrings (thanks to the planeteers to answer my thread about them)
Started with the face, as is usual for me. Nothing is finished, but very advanced.

Hi to all again, this is a Delaware warrior, from the woodland of North America. I painted it using acrylics,. It is a good sculpt by Andrea Jula, I recommend it.

Greetings.
This will be my first attempt at a BUST. C/Sgt Bourne as played by Nigel Green in the film Zulu but you all know that anyway.
Its a 1/9th Scale 200mm V Bust by Pavol Ovecka ( Offo) with the addition of the left arm and Duty book by our very own Jimbo. He will be painted as per the film so not historically correct but we knew this when we started. The Bust is all in one piece so that my bring me some problems so lets wait and see.
The Bust will be painted in Vallejo acrylics.
Please feel free to comment and offer advice as to how it could be improved.

Hello folks,
This project wouldn't be completed without having some wounded troooers and a surgeon taking care of them, like Nap ( Kev) said before.
So, here are some figures from Trident Designs i am modifying a little.
The surgeon would have had just plane garments to attend these wounded troooers rsther than the fancier blue/grey coat with gold lace for a more "formal" ocassions.

Not been doing much painting since I finished the Doc Holiday bust last year,lost my mojo for a while and then sliced my thumb open at the start of the year,so things have been a little slow,however the thumb is getting a lot better now and I've managed to finish painting this latest bust of mine.
The bust in question is the CGS French revolution bust,i picked this up at euro last year and wanted to give it a different look,so I set about converting the bust,i used different pictures from the revolution to get a feel for the piece and the era,all the conversion and sculpting work I did before xmas.
The painting of the piece I've done over the last couple of weeks,there is just a couple of small things to finish but other than that its complete.

Hello everyone. My first post to Planet Figure.

Uesugi Kenshin is a very famous warlord of the 16th century in Japan.
He is an foremost commander in the battlefield and he is faithful and known as a person of integrity, so he is very popular in Japan.

This figure is a ｂonus of candy(in Japan we call it “syoku-gan”）、 ｃopied with resin and converted.The scale is about 54 mm.
It mainly painted with acrylic(JO SONJA'S,VALLEJO,acryl gouache）,　and the pattern of clothes used TAMIYA enamel color.
